Think Dignity’s staff is a small, dedicated, and values-driven team committed to advancing basic dignity through compassionate service, thoughtful advocacy, and community-centered solutions. Our work is grounded in respect, equity, and inclusion, and informed by both professional expertise and lived experience. We believe meaningful and lasting change happens when people are seen, heard, and supported with care and intention.
Across programs, operations, communications, and partnerships, our staff brings creativity, accountability, and collaboration to everything we do. Our Board
Our board is deeply passionate about Think Dignity’s mission and vision. In addition to standard governance roles and responsibilities, board members serve as community leaders and actively fundraise and network to advance basic dignity. Serving on the Board is an excellent opportunity for community leaders, activists, seasoned professionals, budding entrepreneurs, and anyone else looking to make a read and lasting impact on the lives of others. Join Our Board
Think Dignity’s Board is both a governance and working board. That means Board members are responsible for guiding the organization to achieve its mission, vision, and strategic goals. Board members also provide financial oversight and ensure compliance with the organization’s legal and ethical requirements. Board members oversee and guide the Executive Director. And finally, as a working board, Board members help to fundraise and execute our programs as active volunteers.
