Communications & Development
The Communications and Development Committee (Dev-Coms) is Think Dignity’s outward facing team tasked with supporting the organization’s fiscal health through strategic development, donor cultivation and philanthropy while ensuring consistent brand-aligned messaging and a mission-driven public presence.

Finance, Governance, & Operations
Support Think Dignity’s internal governance and operations in the areas of accounting, finance, human resources, information systems and technology by joining the Finance, Governance, and Operations (FGO) Committee.

Programs & Community Impact
The Programs and Community Impact (Programs) Committee is the heart and soul of our mission. Committee volunteers ensure that our programs have a viable and sustainable strategy, are sufficiently resourced, and are achieving the intended impact through advocacy, policy research, programmatic oversight, and volunteer recruitment and support.
